Goat Cheese with Pistachios and Cranberries

2 Tb roasted pistachios, chopped
2 Tb dried cranberries, chopped
1 8 - 10 oz log fresh goat cheese
Crackers or bread for serving

On a large plate, combine pistachios and cranberries

Roll the goat cheese in the mixture. Serve with crackers or bread
