Basic Nut/Seed Milk


1 cup raw nuts/seeds of choice soaked 10 - 12 hours in water
2 cups filtered water

In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.  Pour milk mixture into nut milk bag or cheese cloth.  Place bowl or pitcher underneath to catch the "milk".  Squeeze the bag or cheesecloth to pull out the remaining liquid from the pulp.
