For one drink:
2 oz spiced rum
1 oz blue curacao
3 Tb cream of coconut
3 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir
Garnish with pineapple wedge and a cherry on a little red pic spear
