Tortilla Roll Ups

1 pkg Azteca super size tortillas
2 8 oz packages of softened cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 Tb dry ranch mix

Let tortillas get to room temperature

Combine all ingredients and spread a think layer of cream chees mixture on each tortilla

Tightly roll up tortilla

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or over night.

To serve, cut into 3/4" diagonal slices
