2 pkgs regular pork sausage
2 cans (10 oz) rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies drained
32 oz (2 lbs)processed cheese spread, cut up
1/4 cup salsa
tortilla chips
Cook sausage
Add tomatoes and chilies, cover and cook 2 minutes
Stir in cheese and salsa
Cook until melted
Remember that Tomato Chutney recipe from the other day?! Here it is
again…this time, spooned onto sliced beef roast from the Instant Pot. And
it’s so ridic...
