Juicing

Kris Carr's Juicing Recipes

Sweet Greens: 3 Green Apples, 2 Kiwis, 3 cucumbers, 5 kale leaves, 8 romain leaves, 1 1/2 cups dandelion greens or spinach

Immune Me: 2 Green Apples, 4 cucumbers, 1 inch piece ginger root, 1 lemon (peeled), 8 romaine leaves

Fennel and Fruits: 8 stalks celery, 2 fennel bulbs (with stems and fronds), 2 green apples, 1 pear, 1/2 lemon, 1 inch piece ginger root, 1 cup loos=ely packed spinach

Iron Machine: 2 beets (peeled), 8 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 1 long piece of burdock root (carrot size) scrubbed or peeled, 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley, 1 cup loosely packed spinach

The Sicilian: 6 carrots, 3 large tomatoes, 2 red bell peppers, 4 cloves garlic, 4 stalks celery, 1 cup watercress, 1 cup loosely packed spinach, 1 red jalapeƱo (seeded)

Morning Glorious: 1 large cucumber, a fistful kale, a fistful romaine, 2 - 3 stalks celery, 1 big broccoli stem, 1 green apple, 1/2 peeled lemon

The Gardener: 8 carrots, 2 red bell peppers, 1 orange, 1/2 cup red radishes, 6 kale leaves

Jolly Green: 6 celery stalks, 3 cucumbers, 3 large broccoli stems, 1/2 cup loosely packed parsley, 1 1/2 lemons
