Kris Carr's Smoothie Recipes

Crazy Sexy Goddess: 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cucumber, a fistful of romaine/kale/spinach, coconut water or purified water, stevia to taste/sprinkle of cinnamon/cacao (if desired use coconut meat raw almond butter or nut milk in place of avocado.  

AJ's Power Smoothie: 3 cups non dairy milk, 1/2 fresh/frozen berries, 1/2 frozen mango, 2 Tb raw almond butter, sprinkle of cinnamon, 4 - 5 kale leaves, handful of spinach

Vanilla Mystic: 3 cupls nondairy milk, 1 cup young coconut meat (or /13 cup raw cashews soaked in water to soften), 1 whole vanilla bean scraped or 3/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tb coconut butter, 2 Tb agave or other sweetener of choice

Green Colada: 2 cups cashews or nondairy milk of choice, 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, 1 orange peeled, 1 banana, 1/2 cup loosely packed spinach

Chai Latte: 3 cups almond or nondairy milk, 1/2 tb ginger finely minced or grated, 1/2 tb cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 dates pitted or 2 Tb maple syrup (if using dates soak them to ensure they blend smoothly, and don't turn out gritty), sea salt to taste.

Greensicle Smoothie: 3 cups cashew or nondairy milk, 2 small oranges peeled, 1 vanilla bean scraped, 3 Tb bacon or agave syrup, 1 cup loosely packed spinach, 4 romaine leaves

Strawberry Fields Smoothie: 3 cups non dairy milk, 2 cups fresh strawberries, 1 Tb lemon zest, 1 small orange peeled, 1 banana, 1 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach

Aztec Spirit: 3 Cups brazil nut or nondairy milk, 1/3 cup cacao powder, 1 vanilla bean scraped or 3/3 tsp vanilla extract, 2 shots espresso, 2 Tb agave or maple syrup (or stevia), 3 kale leaves stripped from the stem

For the Love Of Nog: 3 cups nondairy milk, 1 banana, 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, 1/2 tb cinnamon, 1 tsp almond extract, 2 dates pitted
