Whole Wheat Pancakes

Recipe adapted from Parents Magazine April 2013

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
2 Tb Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups fat free plain yogurt
2 eggs
4 Tb Canola oil

Few Tb of skim milk

Wisk together flour, sugar, powder and soda and salt. In a separate bowl mix yogurt, eggs and oil until smooth.  Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Add milk until thinned.  drop by 1/4 cup on the griddle and cook 2 - 3 minutes per side.
