4 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
3 Tb butter, melted
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4 bananas)
1/4 cup chocolate chips if desired
preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients and stir until well combined.
Spread in greased ramekins or 9 X 13 baking pan
Bake for 20 minutes for ramekins or 25 minutes for pan.
Reheat in the morning and serve with warm milk on top
